Operations Coordinator
Aya Paper Co. is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our small, but mighty, team! The Operations Coordinator is responsible for keeping the Aya HQ running smoothly by managing inventory and supplies, fulfilling orders, and being the point of contact for incoming and outgoing shipments.
This is a part-time position for 3 full days per week, based in our Newark, NJ office. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
While this is a part time role, there is potential for it to grow to a full time position so we're looking for someone who is looking to make a long-term commitment to our growing company!

Social Media Coordinator
Aya Paper Co. is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our small, but mighty, team! The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for cultivating our online community, developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website; and finding new ways to use social media to further the company’s short and long term goals. We are looking for an individual who is highly collaborative and moves fast on executing new campaigns and ideas.
This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
